Well, we slept until noon today! Talk about jet lag! We then headed out and visited Dublin Castle, Christ Church, Dublinia, and the Temple Bar area. Christ Church was huge and amazing. We even got to tour the crypt. {play spooky music here}
Tonight we met two of my cousins Sarah and Fiona Kearns. They are in their 20's and live near Dublin and were nice enough to meet us for a pint and then dinner. They are both so wonderful! We had a good time getting to know them. Sarah remarked that my smile and facial expressions reminded her of her Auntie Bernadette (Uncle Ray's sister) and that my sister Karen reminded her of her Auntie Chris.
Eric and I decided that Belfast would have to wait until another visit. There are too many sights in Dublin that we have yet to see. Tomorrow it's up early for a traditional Irish breakfast and then off to the jail, cathedral, Guiness brewery and more.
